I have had a ringing in my ear or tinnitus, for the past 20 years. I worked in factories as a young woman, sewing factories with loud, loud sewing machines. I was told I had a severe hearing loss in one of my ears and hearing loss in the other ear. They said it was due to heredity. And that the ringing came along with that. That was by two different audiologist. When I take these I just take two of them twice a day. It recommends two of them three times a day the ringing subsides so much that it makes my life completely different.
