Perfect Keychain holder to hold 3 nitro pills in one layer (less crushing) and then added two full strength aspirin (thus, if i have angina attack, I can take up to three nitro tablets(separate times) and then take a full strength aspirin for potential heart issues. Speed is of the importance during attack plus not having crushed tablets due to being in billfold and moisture. Pictures are after one month of being on a Keychain. I take Hydralazine for my blood pressure. This tiny case can hold up to 3 of my pills. It’s not very big but if you only take medication once per day and they aren’t big, this can work for a weekend trip. Here’s some pics for reference. If you just need to carry about 10 or so small meds (like 3/16" diameter pills), this is a perfect holder. The only caution is, as a small unit, you need just a little facility to engage the threaded cap. But it seems to engage/spin easier the more you use it. Read more
