I needed something I could keep on my key chain primarily to store Lactaid and Pepcid AC pills. I was able to fit at least 5-6 Lactaid and and 2-3 Pepcid AC pills total without any issues. I first bought a cheap black container from a different brand, which worked, but the paint started chipping off and scratching from day one. This seems much more durable and has withstood a couple drops onto concrete and daily usage in my pocket without any noticeable damage. I wish it were cheaper, but I do feel like it was worth the money now that I own it. Also of note, mine did include the black key ring along with a smaller standard metal one to connect it to.
