Use with care, not the best if you have tender knees. Way past 60, so need to wear substantial knee compression but I love wearing it doing house / yard chores. No way I can do the full 40lbs (at 15-20 lbs after having it a few weeks) but I like having the extra weight just in case. If you're average build, it's pretty comfy. Looks very military, neighbors were alarmed when I first wore it outside. Bought 2 more for family members after they tried it on. Well made, solid build, fits snug and it looks GREAT! The solid metalic 2.5 lb removable weight ingots are one of the best features. Padding is really good, easy on / off depending on how much weight is inserted. Read more
Good quality, good value. I think this is the most cost efficient option compared to other vests like rogue. Love that you can easily adjust the weight in 2.5lb increments. Read more
Quality product. It’s a good value and I like it. Personally I would like the weights to be lower(longer vest) so the weight sits a little lower on my body, I am 6-1.5 with a longish torso. I am using 20 pounds to walk right now and had to add extra padding to shoulder straps. My trap muscles were aching from the weight. Read more

The 50# Titan elite is perfect for what I need. I’m a 200#+ guy in late middle age who is starting out. Hiking cross-country a mile, then two the next time, I can see the increase in strength and feel less-trained muscles responding. Weight is provided by 2.5# iron blocks, not wear-prone bags of iron sand. There are enough slots I can buy another 10# when I want it. Very happy w this. Read more
I was pretty shocked. Amazing quality for the price. Even with the straps, most the load is carried on the shoulders, so you'll feel it on the traps. We will see if it holds up through the years... Read more
This does seem to be very well made, and could stand up to lots of abuse when full. However, for me, the design of a weight vest, with weights on the front, and the substantial construction of the front of the vest feels very constricting. For a workout, this doesn't allow full breathing, and is a bit claustrophobic. I do use the weights in my backpack for 'rucking' - wrapped in towels to keep them from banging together - so it's not a complete waste. Read more
