I will say it is very well constructed(that I would give 5 stars). The reason I gave it only 4 stars is because of the price. $67 is a bit high for its size. You are not going to be putting many pills in it unless you are carrying life saving pills(ie. Nitro Glycerin, aspirin, Benadryl)which are relatively small in size. The size of this holder is about the diameter of a silver dollar and a half inch high. I carry it on my backpack when I hike with matches and my personal info in it. The silicone O-rings keep this water tight and it comes with extra just in case. I also comes with a chain which I probably would not trust unless you are putting it on a belt loop and putting this unit in your pocket. It would be best to carry it in a purse, backpack or something with a pocket. To me this is too heavy to hang around your neck. I put a key ring on it then connect it with a carabiner to my backpack. That way it's not going anywhere. Made of Titanium it should not deteriorate. Read more

Came in clear plastic box which contains titanium pill box inside a zip lock bag, small chain in separate zip lock, and a small cloth drawstring bag for storage. Pill box is easy to grip to open and close. Threads feel slightly rough but works well. There is an o-ring to keep contents inside dry. Comes with 2 extra o-rings. Single large compartment for pills or whatever else you can fit inside. Should be stronger than most plastic pill boxes but also much heavier. The chain isn't very thick and not sure I would trust it. This is kind of expensive but you get a unique solidly built pill case. Nice for someone who wants something different. Read more
