Titanium Wide Pin Belt - USA Made Full Grain Leather Belt with Certified Nickel Free Titanium Buckle

About 3 years ago I bought the Nickel Free Roan Mountain Belt from Nickel Smart. It is by far my favorite belt, so I decided to try out another a couple of their other belts (I’m leaving a review on that page as well). I got my hands this Nickel Free Titanium Wide Pink Belt in Black. I have to say that I am not disappointed at all with this belt. I think it may become one of my next favorites. It is a very stylish with a nice shine to the leather. When you hold it you can tell that it is really high quality leather. The leather is pretty soft, not stiff at all. The 100% titanium belt buckle has a really nice shine to it, but not to the point that makes it look overly chrome like. I think I may be able to use it for a dressier occasion as long as my slacks have a belt loop that will fit the 1-1/2” wide size (some do). I also haven’t gotten any irritation that is typically caused by the nickel metal that is in the belt buckle. I did note that the belt is stitched just below the loop (I’ve included a picture), and it didn’t have pins to hold the buckle in place. I later discovered that most of those pins (pretty much all of them) are made from metals with nickel that was what was creating the irritation (I won’t go into the gory details on that). I find it nice to know that Nickel Smart has gone at great lengths to eliminate all nickel in their belts for those of us that have these kind of allergies. The other thing to take notice is that the company has a lifetime guarantee on this belt. With something that is made this well, I doubt you will need it. This is really one solid belt. Read more

I bought the belt because I have skin reactions to metals. The belt has been great. The leather quality seems good. I did have to make new holes because I misjudged the size. I had to use a chisel from my tools. The leather is pretty thick. Says made in USA. Read more

I really love the fine craftsmanship of this belt. It is definitely real leather and arguably one of the nicest belts I've ever owned. The full titanium buckle is awesome (and I have experienced zero belly rashes!) The style of the belt is great and it has become my go-to brown belt for daily wear. The lifetime guarantee is reassuring, but this belt seems to be of high enough quality that I don't think I'll ever need it! I bought the black and brown version and love them. They are expensive but you get a lifetime guarantee. I like the look of the wider pin...still a conservative belt but a unique look. I was not concerned with the nickel issue so I cannot comment on it and trust it is nickel-free. Read more

Love the rich and ever changing leather almost as much as I love the solid titanium buckle. The buckle is modern and stylish and the refined and rounded edges make it very comfortable to wear. The lifetime guarantee and made in USA are huge plusses. No rash. NICKEL FREE is good. The leather is solid (one piece of real leather). NO fake stuff here. Worth every penny. Read more
