Does not fit the PS5 digital slim model

It states that it doesn’t so no fault on the sellers part, the front of my ps5 has 2 usb c ports and no usb and the hub has one usb and one c connection. BUT, I read the schematic for the hub and the usb c is what powers it so garb some pliers and slowly rip off the usb b port and boom it can now fit with the one usb c attached.
