The initial watch wasn't working properly. However, when I contacted the seller they sent me a new one for free and followed up to make sure it worked well. The new watch worked perfectly and my son not only loves it, but was consistently going potty within days of having the watch. Read more
It worked for the first few days and now it turns off randomly during the day. I charged the battery and 3 hrs later my son noticed it wasn’t working again. Idk if it even needed charged but I tried it and now it won’t even turn on. It’s not worth the money when it doesn’t even work. Read more
This would be great for a kiddo that isn’t stubborn. My son loved it the first two times it went off and ran to the potty. He quickly lost interest and it has since been in the “catch all” drawer. This would be a great tool for any kid or parent needing a reminder. It is easy to use and looks just like a watch. Read more

I was so excited for this watch for my granddaughter to potty train. She did great; she recognized to go potty when the watch vibrated, and she would restart the timer. But after a few days (3) she developed a burn-like rash around her wrist, even though I removed it at bedtime. The material/rubber burnt her wrist; I don't believe this product should be used on some toddlers as they might be allergic to the material/rubber. For us it did not end well; I am still potty training without the watch, and she is doing wonderful. I feel bad that it burnt her wrist :(. Hoping for a refund. Read more
