This is the perfect step stool for my 21 month old. I had the one tier before and she was stretching her poor arms to wash her hands. Now with the two tier she is able to reach perfectly. She can wash her hands comfortably now. The stool is sturdy and comfortable enough for her to get on herself. My baby is a chunk an the stool hold her weight. The stool itself is very light weight. My only concern is that you have to make sure the pieces click in or it can collapse. I did have a bit of an issue with that because one side kept coming loose. Her dad was able to put it together. The media could not be loaded. My toddler loves using this to wash her hands and brush her teeth. It’s super light weight so even she can lift it up and carry it around. She’s actually started bringing it into the kitchen when she can’t reach something on the counter. Very easy to move. No issues with slipping. A little on the bulky side but to be expected for what it is. allows my daughter to easily reach things she otherwise couldn’t. it would also be good for potty training.
