These are beautiful and appear to take scrapes well without damaging the finish. However...if I wore my usual thinner socks, they were very painful to wear for more than a half hour or so. Then I had to take them off. I need to wear a very thick pair of socks to overcome this. Luckily, I bpught a size that allows me to do this and have them still fit.
