These shoes look exactly like the picture.

If I could give this item less than the star I would but then I couldn't leave you a review. Together, but when they delivered it, they lived it on the bottom floor I left on the 3rd floor I was fortunate enough to have movers. Coming, bring it up for me. Otherwise it would have stayed there when I called customer service and tried to figure out the solution for my Grandma. All they said is that this is a third party item. And that they can do anything so be aware of that if you live up high and have nobody to move it for you—July 17, 2025

I really like the style of the shoe and it's very comfortable just really hard to put on without a zipper. I think any shoe that has a high ankle needs a zipper otherwise you spend all your time lacing and I'm lacing just to get your foot in.
