Purchased these for my indoor home gym. These tiles are easy to assemble, and stay nice and secure with the interlocking features. They are heavy duty, but feel nice on the feet (I like to lift barefoot). They do a better job of shock absorbing than other rubber gym mats I have encountered, and dropping weights is quieter than on a platform.
