I recieved mine yesterday, all items in package look like picture above. I bought this because it was called a dry mouth oral exerciser and I have chronic dry mouth, but when it came in, it is called a vibrating toothbrush. There is absolutely no instructions on how to use for mouth exercising and you can't just start vibrating a metal ball in mouth without directions due to harming teeth or sensitive tissues.
