work very well, multiple exercises with the different tools
These tools work very well. I love that it comes with multiple tools which are good for doing different exercises. They are sturdy and the ball on each moves freely back and forth. I could feel it working as I did the exercises. It comes with a carrying case that snaps shut to keep them clean which is very helpful. I like that they are all a different color, it makes finding the one I need much easier. Overall I would definitely recommend these. Read more

Pointless
Don’t waste your time. The instructions come in a foreign language and there’s only visual instructions for the blue one. I can’t even find the others online to try and figure out how to use them. Now I have to drive to the UPS store which is 40 minutes from me to get my return. Buy else where! Read more
