I bought this bag to replace my old metal tool box. The bag has at least two advantages over the box. First, it is soft and does not scratch things it bumps into. Second, it has pockets on the inside and outside, which the box does not have. The box does have a removable tray, which is convenient, and it would be nice if the bag had something similar, but the bag's pockets are more valuable than the box's tray. My only criticism of this bag is that the pockets are a little too tight and therefore only accept rather narrow tools, such as pliers and screwdrivers. It would be nice if at least some of them were a little looser so that fatter items, such as a box of drill bits, would fit. Read more

Looks to be a really sturdy bag. My husband ordered it for work, so will update once its been a couple months or so. It has a shoulder strap which he really likes and seems super roomy inside. It can be zipped closed. Everything looks really good! Read more

If you are looking for a valuable, quality, spacious, and durable tool bag, this is the correct choice. As you can see in the pictures it holds all my hand tools (electrician), 1 m18 battery charger, 3 m18 5.0aH batteries, 1 m18 drill, 1m18 impact gun & 1 m18 hackzall. Plus a 30ft 12AWG extension chord & chorded hammer drill. Also in the bag are little equipment such as screws, tape, wire nuts, etc. The pockets around the exterior and interior of the bag help keep things organized as well as hidden lol. The handles on the bag are so sturdy that I don’t feel the weight of the tools in the bag. The over shoulder strap is a bit different story. This bag may not be a bright red or yellow like other tool bag competitors but it just as good if not better than those brands IMO. I purchased this bag to differentiate my bag from others. Everyone has tool bags from the red brand and the yellow brands so I wanted to stand out. Its price is worth what u get. Great value and quality. Just not the prettiest tool bag to look at Read more

I'm not using this as a typical tool bag. I've gone through a few insulated tote/duffel bags. My latest was a backpack version and I thought it was great until I noticed it was torn from the weight. I daily carry like 4 shaker bottles with 16 ounces of water in them. I drink my meals at work, just more convenient for me. Well the other bags just wouldn't hold up to the weight after a year or so. I was hoping to put some tools in here but for me it's just smaller EDC type stuff. I could probably fit my pair of inside shoes in here with my 4 water bottles. Definitely room for what I need but I miss a lot of those nice pockets you'd get with like a duffel bag. So for me I'll probably shop for a smaller type accessory bag that I can toss inside of this. I could fit maybe like up to a gallon jug size so yea. I'm happy with this bag for sure. This bag feels sturdy and it's more ergonomic and less bulky than what I'm used to. I like that. It doesn't have all the pockets I'd like, but this is a tool bag not a duffel bag. Edit: It does have inner pockets, they're a bit tight but they're probably for hand tools anyway. It has two inner end pockets which are larger and 3 smaller tighter pockets on each side. Would be great for hand tools and such or smaller less bulky items. Also if you use the strap you will have to unclip it every time you want to get in your bag. The clips seem made for exactly that. There are two ends where you'd expect to attach the shoulder strap to, but you'll have to put your own D-rings in there. I'm probably going to do that but clipping and unclipping is easy. The clip seems like it will last but if there's a weak part on this bag, that's it from my initial first impression. Very sturdy and I'm hoping this will last for years. Very easy to put in the car seat beside me as it's now my daily work carry. Read more

I got the 20" large version. Using it as a range bag. At first when I was transporting only one pistol and supplementary gear in it, I thought it was too big. But after including a second firearm it is perfect. The outside pockets are good for mags and the inside is large enough to hold ammo, sound reduction earmuffs, and more. Note that it zips shut triangular at the top, opening up rectangularly, kind of like a doctor's bag. Hard plastic bottom good for all kinds of environments. Oxford cloth material feels canvas-like and is reinforced in layers so feels unexpectedly solid. Stitching is good--I ran a garment factory and am happy with the work. Those handles won't rip off unless you're "stupid overloading" the bag with plutonium blocks. Overall a nice sturdy bag, lots of room inside, worth the money. Read more
