My hubby has been using this ladder tool pouch for several months so this isn’t a fly by night review after one use. It’s holding up well to abuse from holding a hammer and heavy pneumatic nail gun as he gets up and down off the ladder as needed. He finds it very handy to stash whatever he needs to keep nearby. The rip-stop material it is made from and the secure stitching are holding up well. It fits every ladder he has tried it on (3 different types) and just works exactly as he needs it to. Easy to use and the deep pouch can hold a surprising amount, whether it is boxes of screws, nail gun refills or a second carpenters pencil when the first always seems to be left on the workbench as soon as he climbs the ladder. Material is extra durable and holding up well to scuffs. Great gift idea and a good value considering the convenience of having tools at-hand and saving time with forgotten items and trips up and down the ladder. This ladder tool pouch is one of those things you don’t realize you need until you use it once. It’s a huge convenience upgrade if you’re constantly going up and down a ladder just to grab tools, screws, or a tape measure. This bag is really well constructed. I expect it will last a long time. The fabric is a heavy canvas. There are pockets on both ends to help with separating items so they are easier to locate and remove and put back while on a ladder. There are also two handles in the bag for carrying when not attached to the ladder. On each end inside there are 3 elastic loops for a total of 6, again to help with keeping the contents separated and accessible. The primary improvement I can see is in the size. On my ladder it would only reach across the top two rungs with some slack but I could not hang it across the next set down as was shown in some of the product photos. It just wouldn’t reach. Although not intended to be hung on an extension ladder, if the metal loops were longer to allow the weight to hang down more, it could be used on an extension ladder too. As is, with the metal hooks close to the top of the bag if you hang it from only one side, the bag wants to tilt over considerably possibly dumping its contents. Again, it is not designed for extension ladder use so I wouldn’t consider this a negative but something the manufacturer might want to consider as an update/enhancement to the bag. Read more

I love this tool pouch! It fits my extendable ladder well. The materials used are quality feel and are thick.. it's almost like a canvas feel? The stitching is well done and the hooks that hold this to the ladder are long so there's no risk of the bag falling down below. I'm happy with the design. I wish the bag were a tad bit wider, but that's not possible as the ladder's opening is only so big. Read more

I got this pouch to use with my Franklin brand, multi-ladder. It has hand holders to easily carry it to the ladder. The pouch mounts on the rungs but hangs on the underside of the A-frame ladder, keeping it out of the way. Because it's a collapsible fabric and depending on what I put in the pouch, I can close the ladder to move it to a new spot. The ladder basically pinches the pouch in place. There are metal brace arms on either side of the pouch that keep it more secure than the bucket or paint tray rung hooks. If one side gets knocked off the pouch may tilt but it usually will not fall off. The size works for the width of the Franklin ladder and the depth will hold everything I need it to. Read more
