Good customer support
After consider research I selected aTOOLKISS lighted Vanity Mirror for our Master Bathroom Remodel(60x36”) based on consumer reports, customer reviews, and product descriptions. When it arrived my contractor informed me that it was the wrong size. To their credit, Amazon approved my request to return the item and TOOLKISS offered to pay return postage and process a refund. I am pleased to report that upon further in investigation we became aware of a measurement error by the contractor of our bathroom remodel. The current mirror we received is now installed and looks beautiful! Many thanks to both Amazon and TOOLKISS for their willingness to correct the problem and approve a refund which is now not necessary. Our issue is now resolved and we will keep the original vanity mirror received. We will hang on to the shipping carton for a bit in case any future issues arise. Thanks again for your great response! NO BACKLIGHTING AS SHOWN IN PICS
The photos that show a perimeter backlight effect in addition to the front lighting through the mirror glass are incorrect and misrepresent the product. The mirror seems to be nice quality but it only has a front light, which is fine if that's what you're looking for. I bought 4 of these and had to add more lighting to the bathrooms because the front-only LED lighting isn't quite enough. Very disappointed in the photos, but the product looks nice. Read more

Why on earth is the cord so bulky?
Hired an electrician to install a recessed outlet to put behind the mirror, but the cord is too big and bulky. Should be a flat cord. Read more
