The media could not be loaded. Saved the day!! Woke up to a flat tire this frigid 20°F morning. Normally, I’d put the spare on and drive to the repair shop and wait for the tire to be fixed. Finally got around to removing a nail and plugging it up with the kit. Comes with nice step by step instructions and works great. Getting the burring tool to go in took a few tries using various angles until it went in and it was a bit of work to get it in and out a few times but once done, the rest was easy. Be sure to invest in a battery operated tire pump with auto shut off, an aluminum jack, and a cordless impact gun! Read more

It is a good kit. Has everything you need. T handles are comfortable to use. Much better than slimmer plastic ones. Although not in the picture at the time I purchased this kit, there was a handy small plastic case holding the valve cores, caps and other small pieces. Pliers are OK, not great. But, the pressure gauge is a joke. Cheap plastic and not accurate at all. Almost 10 pounds off....read low. Compared it with 2 other gauges to be sure. Not in keeping with the general quality of the overall kit. Don't use it. The product was shipped in basically store shelf packaging. Should have been in a box at least. Arrived with one corner of the blow molded case damaged....pushed in. Obviously it had been dropped . It partially popped out. Not serious enough to return. I guess the good news is, it wasn't punctured or cracked so I guess it is fairly durable. Read more

After buying different plug repair tools from the local auto parts (both handles broke) I found this one and the reviews were good (thanks to those that did the reviews!). I'm one that likes to be able to feel the sturdiness of a tool before purchasing but decided to purchase despite not being able to do so. This little kit has everything,,, a tire gauge, valve covers, stems, etc. But the best part is how sturdy the actual ream and plug tool are. Glad I found this. This item paid for itself the first time I took it out! I purchased this to carry with me on my side by side for back country use. My first trip with it, I had zero problems with the SxS but picked up a nail in my trailer tire in the evening after most garages would be closed to fix it. I was able to plug the hole in less than 10 minutes (including reading the instructions. I would advise to NOT be tempted to buy the cheaper version without pliers and knife. This larger kit includes everything you need to the make the job quick. Plugging the hole was much easier and faster than changing the tire would have been.
