Best part is it rotates, so my smaller one can rotate and reach to their toothbrushes. It easily fits all our electric and manual toothbrushes. Only the center compartment has the water drainage hole. If there are multiple people sharing the bathroom, they will be using separate compartments. Should not all of the compartments have drainage? Updated: I have had this for a few months now. I use this holder at my parents house, so what is in there gets used infrequently. Today I noticed a smell and inspected what I kept in there.
