Highly recommend! Has been one of the best tooth pastes I've ever used. Leaves my mouth feeling super clean. I will say that some people may not like the texture. It doesn't foam like normal tooth paste and can feel a little oily as you're brushing. The taste is a subtle mint with a little of the sunflower oil, you get a little smell of Ozone too that isn't overpowering. I swish it around my mouth after brushing and rinse with warm water. That has been the best way I've found to get over the oily feeling. It doesn't stay on my teeth. I also like that I don't need a lot of this product to clean my teeth. This toothpaste works really well. It has kind of a sterile taste if that makes sense. Its on the more medicine like side than sweet. As far as consistency its a bit less gel like than your name brand toothpaste. It will definitely help with cavities and gum issues. My gums are a more vibrant pink after just a week of use. I will say though if your a bit more on the sensitive side to space out your usage to every other day. I got a bit of a blister on the end of my tongue from using it too often. This toothpaste is very good! It's healing to the gums. I have been experiencing tenderness in my gums the past month. I purchased this based on the reviews and my research of ozone based products. With the first brush I felt relief in my gums. Leaves your teeth feeling very clean. I've even had some pieces of tater crumble off after a week of use. Only thing that may bother some people is the ozone taste. But you have to remember this toothpaste is not for enjoyment, it's therapeutic and heling to the mouth. Read more
