Topo athletic shoes are very comfortable. I have various foot problems including bunions and hammer toes and have a narrow heel and high arches. It is hard for me to find comfortable walking shoes. Wanted a much smaller drop—and a wider toe box—than my Mizunos (10-12mm drop) but was too nervous to go to 0mm. These have about a 5mm drop and I definitely felt it when I broke them in today! BUT. Significantly less pain right out of the gate compared to my Mizunos, which I have worn for probably close to 500 miles now. The fit is true to size and their size guide is accurate. I’m usually an 8/8.5, so I size up to a 9 in running shoes. The wide toe box offers amazing support, especially with a painful bunion I have developing on my left foot. Topos are a favorite brand of mine. I love the roomy toe box, which allows my toes to splay naturally. (which helps to eliminate night-time foot cramps) Perfect cushioning, insuring all day comfort. Lightweight, which helps to make them one of my go-to brands when shopping for shoes. Everyone's feet are unique, and what works for one may not work for another. But for me, they are perfection! I bought these as daily shoes for work. I am on my feet all day and need cushion and support. These worked great at first. I love the color!! The toe box is wide and they started out very comfy for all day use. My complaint however, is that for the price they wore out within a couple months of use and my feet were back to hurting every night. The cushioning just didn't hold up. They were used inside on wood and concrete floors. I really wanted them to work out but unfortunately had to return them. The return process was smooth. Read more

I love Topos—the ample room in the toe box and narrowing at the ankle and heel just fit my feet. This is an attractive shoe, and I love the smoky purple color scheme. This is an update of an existing line that I really liked, but I’m not a big fan of the additional stack height and the added sole width, presumably adjusted to add stability to the taller platform. It gives the shoe a squishy feel that provides inferior feedback compared to its predecessor. After moderate wear (daily 45 minute walks for about a month and a half), one shoe developed an audible squishing sound, apparently coming from the sole itself, not the insert. So the shoes still look new, but have become irritating to wear. Read more
