I am now stuck with them!
I buy legal pads frequently ... There never has been any issue ... But this time, and unfortunately past my return window, after finally starting to use them, I noticed that the lines, the ink for the lines, has disappeared throughout the pages ... This renders them almost worthless ... It is most likely not common, but that leaves me stuck with them ... I just was contacted by the company, so I came back in here to wrote that ...
