Solid and Sturdy
I began using these years ago in preparation for the bar exam. I love the strength and thickness of the cardboard. If I need to use a pad at a location without a writing surface, I can sit it on my lap. Having three holes and perforations, makes it easy to separate, organize, and store pages safely. I do miss the thick cover page from the old days; it was great for labeling with a marker because it didn't bleed. Still a great product. Read more

Good multi-use writing pad
I am a poet and writer, and these writing pads are ideal. The pre-punched holes mean that I can put pages into a 3 ring binder when needed. I use these pads to compose short poems and then I add the completed poem to my computer records. I make lists for worldbuilding my fiction. My intent is to transcribe these also to computer, but with the holes punched in the pages I can file these in 3 ring binders as is. I also use these pads for more mundane uses such as lists of all sorts. The stiff cardboard back means I don't need to place the pad on a table or clipboard to write comfortably. Read more
