As I transition through my career, I try to find office supplies that fit my new responsibilities. These pads are great for meeting notes and informal personal letters. I only write on 1 side, so I cannot comment on bleed through. The paper is a nice quality, not thin but not overly thick. I often scan my notes for electronic record purposes and the paper scans nicely - clear and readable. The paper is college or narrow ruled. About 39 lines per page. Glued at the top. Glue is very sturdy as I have written on most pages of the pad and the paper has not come loose. As they come in a 12 pack, I only have to restock about every 6 to 8 months. Read more

Difficult to find this small lined paper. It arrived and has worked as promised. Here are some of the highlights for this paper. 1) 40 lines per page (difficult to find) 2) not a huge number of pages per pad. This keeps the pad small and light 3) backing is good, I use it on a plastic note pad 4) good value for the amount of paper 5) delivery was fast I would recommend this purchase if you need lots of lines, a small pad. The tablets are the size and quality promised. Not easy to find full-sized tablets that have college ruled lines, no red margin lines, and that tear off cleanly. As I use them, I am very pleased with the quality as well. They only have 50 sheets each though, so the tablet itself is pretty thin. I share them with friends, and I'm about to reorder more. This is the best paper for letter writing that I've found, and I've tried many. My main objectives are how well the sheets tear off, and how many lines of writing can be squeezed in. There are many narrow ruled options out there, but I've never found one that comes close to how easily these sheets tear off. I always start halfway down one edge and pull sideways, not over the top. I never have a problem with them coming away cleanly, so I there is no waste. I have seen a few sheets here and there with some ridges or "wrinkles" in them, but they aren't so discernible that I wouldn't use them and certainly not so many that I would choose to buy my previous brand instead. I would like to see this paper a bit thicker, it's a little on the thin side. Also the margin at the top is so narrow that it's a challenge to squeeze in my name, address, and email. My boyfriend uses a leather portfolio for work, carrying it with him to and from. He keeps important papers and documents in it as well as a pad of paper. Since he'd used all the paper in the pad that came with it, I bought this twelve-pack of legal pads so he'd have plenty to use. These pads definitely fit the bill of what we were looking for. They seem of decent quality and are the perfect size too. We also liked that the pads aren't hole-punched as that was another thing we were looking for. The only real problem that I have with them is that I was hoping each individual pad would have more sheets of paper. Each has only 50 sheets, which we can definitely make work, but we would've preferred each pad having 100 sheets. I discovered a stack of these pads of writing paper in the supply closet at my university. Now it's all I use. I can fit so much information on one page (college rule) because of the short header on top and the lack of margin lines. The writing lines are also light enough that I don't have to press hard with my pen/pencil, and it allows me to relax and use better handwriting. The glue top is perfect and enables a clean tear every time I want to detach a page. I searched high and low to find out what type of paper this was after I used up the stack in the supply closet. These are glue-bound pads, but the pages practically fall off so you can't just fold the page back behind the pad and keep writing. You'll probably want a clipboard to hold the loose pages. The quality of the paper is pretty good. Read more
