I recently picked up the ELCELC Torch Lighter 2-pack (red and blue), and they’ve been surprisingly handy for all kinds of uses. Right out of the box, they feel solid and well-built—not cheap or flimsy like some lighters I’ve tried before. The 8-inch length is perfect because it keeps your hand safely away from the flame, which is especially nice when lighting candles, grills, or anything a little harder to reach. The straight flame is strong and consistent, even outdoors. I’ve used it on slightly windy days, and it still lights up without any issues, which is a big plus. The adjustable flame feature is also really convenient—you can turn it down for smaller tasks like candles or crank it up when you need a stronger flame for cooking or outdoor use. I also appreciate the safety lock. It adds an extra layer of security, especially if you have kids around, and it’s easy to use without being annoying. Refilling with butane is straightforward too, so you don’t have to keep replacing the entire lighter once it runs out. Having two in the pack is a nice bonus—I keep one in the kitchen and one outside for grilling or camping, and it’s been really convenient. The only small downside is that they don’t come pre-filled, so you’ll need to have butane on hand before you can use them. But once they’re filled, they work great. Overall, I’m really happy with these lighters. They’re reliable, easy to use, and versatile enough for both indoor and outdoor tasks. Definitely a solid purchase if you want something durable and practical without spending a lot. Read more
These are huge and powerful. They have a mostly metal construction and feel heavy duty, indicating a higher quality than some of these large lighters that are mostly plastic. They of course do not come with fuel (butane) as this would be a fire hazard in shipping, so you will need to purchase your own butane. But these are easy to fill and then have a large storage capacity, so even though they can produce an absolutely massive flame, they also still last a long time! They do have a flame size/intensity adjustment that seems to work well to provider a wide range of flame size. These also come in a two pack with one being a blue flame and one being a red flame. Both are quite bright and striking. Whatever you need to light (grill, fire pit, toasting a creme brûlée) this will absolutely be able to do it with its substantial power and flame size. Given that they are refillable too, they will last much longer than disposable lighters and represent a much better value than many other of these torch lighters that I've used in the past. Read more
Picked up this 2‑pack of lighters and they’re actually pretty nice. You get a classic red flame and a strong blue jet flame. They look cool and can be used for many types of things like campfires, or lighting a cigar. Kind of a cool little accessory to carry. Outdoors, the blue flame holds up real well. Wind doesn’t bother it at all, and it’ll fire up a damp campfire or stove without any issues. They also make a solid gift. Nice design, feels well‑made, and it’s something people will actually use instead of tossing in a drawer. Plus it's not bad for the price! Many great uses out of them and very functional. The safety lock is a nice touch too. Keeps it from accidentally lighting in a pocket or bag, so you can carry it around without worrying. Read more
This reviews or a pair of torch lighters. I’ve had the items for a month or so. While these may look like light sabers, they are actually lighters. One of them has a metal ring in it to turn the flames from blue to red. So it has a little different color to it when you are having a light saber battle with your nemesis. In all honesty, this is a great lighter. It has a large fuel capacity and an adjustment to make the flame shorter or taller. You basically just pull the trigger and it lights right up with a high-quality flame. I believe this is a super durable item and will last a long time. Five stars. Read more
You do have to be impressed by the look of these lighters. They are made of tough, durable materials that kind of feel like a weapon when gripped in your hand. Filling them is relatively easy as access to the butane port is right in the hilt. And it looks cool, the "guards" around the flame and the ribbed design hinting at a sci-fi sword hilt. And once the thing if filled and you turn it on, you do get a pretty exciting flame going! And then, you stop, and it's empty. It's comical how rapidly these lighters lose their flame, burning through the fuel so fast, you basically just get a few seconds of flame. Granted, it looks good, but it's not nearly enough to be useful. And what's more, the butane doesn't last in it. When I realized how quickly it was to empty it, I filled it up and waited until the next day to use it to light a barbecue. And it wouldn't even light. The butane had apparently dried up just sitting inside the lighter. So the only way you can use this is to fill it up and use it right away--for a few seconds. It does make an exciting sound when it burns, but again, not for long. So it's really hard to recommend. It does look good, and it is nice to hold, but I'd much rather have a humble lighter that worked than a flashy lighter that works for only a moment. Read more
You get 2 lighters in a pack, if you can call them that. They might not be actual lightsabers, but lightdaggers for sure. The visible flame is about 6-7 inches tall. One of the two has an extra glow ring, which causes the flame to change color, so basically you get one blue and one red lighter. Very sturdy and well-built, too. Ease of use is on par with any other torch, not much to it. No leaks, all seals hold fine. Fair warning, although they do have flame adjustment, it only goes down so much. If you're looking for a bic flame, this ain't it. And these things will go through fuel like a drag car. Great value though, if you need something like that. Read more
