These bulbs are great. The size is as advertized and fit the lamp without issue. The light level is as anticipated and met the needs of the intended use. By incorporating a 24-hour timer the bulbs now go on at dusk and turn off around 11:00 PM making them perfect. So much easier than having to reset the timer periodically to get the light on at dusk, and way cheaper that buying a high end timer that will provide a dusk to dawn option. Read more
I always forget to turn off my outside light in the morning and I was burning through lightbulbs all the time because it was on 24/7. This bulb turns on at dusk and turns off at dawn on its own so we don't have to replaces bulbs all the time. Fits any standard light socket. The light goes a longer distance than I thought it would and is bright, but not blinding because of the warmer color. Read more
