These tissues appear to be lint free. They are not as soft as some of the major supermarket brands, but they don't leave lint dust everywhere. They are soft enough. I have never had any irritation from using these, even through a very bad cold. One day, I pulled out a supermarket tissue in my car and the bright sun shining through showed the dust storm coming from it. We were always dusting the house. I had read the reviews on these tissues before buying & found they were mixed, being some found ok & others found too rough. Being I carry them in my pocket at times I didn't mind them being on the less soft side. The first 30 boxes I bought worked fine for me. When I ordered the second order of them, I found a total change. I felt it as soon as I touched them. They felt more like tissue paper. The hardest I have ever felt prior. Before I retired, I used to buy these for the place where I worked. Nobody complained. I have allergies and these worked just fine. Slightly rough but not a big deal. I also like that they are made with chemicals safer for humans. A good sustainability choice. Read more

I ordered these because Subscribe & Save stopped offering the Kleenex brand tissues that I usually get. We have a lot of allergies in my house, so we go through a lot of tissues. The Tork tissues serve their purpose, but they don't compare favorably to Kleenex. They are smaller and have a coarser feel. The boxes hold fewer tissues and are too light-weight. Sometimes when you go to grab a tissue in a hurry you get the whole box with it. This product is passable especially if you need a lot of it for a reasonable price.
