I’ve been taking collagen for a few years now and this is one of the best I’ve tried. It is clean, mixes well and most importantly to me doesn’t taste funky. I’ve had a lot of collagens that are hard to swallow because they taste so bad and I’m very happy this isn’t one of them. I’ve read that our ancestors ate a lot more collagen in their diets and we need it to function at our highest level. Modern diets lack the collagen our body needs. I just turned 40 and my body definitely feels different than it used to. When I take collagen regularly however I feel much better and active. This is a wonderful product and I highly recommend it. This collagen powder is very easy to take. I add it to my morning coffee, and it dissolves fairly well, although sometimes leaves a few small clumps. The jar is very very small, and is quite pricey for the amount you get, so I removed one star for that, but is otherwise a very good supplement. Read more

This is a first impressions review but I will come back and write an update in a few weeks. This is a small container of powder, which I like so it doesn't take up too much room on my shelf, and it comes with a little scoop. The powder itself is white and odorless. I put one scoop into my big 40 oz tumbler each time I refill my water and it dissolves well. I also include a liquid IV at the same time and do a little shake and it all dissolves easily. There is no flavor whatsoever and it doesn't change the flavor of the liquid IV, which is great because I have tried other "flavorless" collagen powders that actually do have a bit of flavor.
