Living in Florida, I always have a cover-up available when going to the pool or beach. This one-piece, dress-like cover-up is a perfect choice for outdoor fun. The lightweight material is enough to keep cool but covers enough to stay warm. It is soft and comfortable. The crocheted V-neck area makes it a bit dressier than some casual pieces. The black coloring is pure and blemish-free. Standing 5’4” and weighing 150ish, this large-sized dress hung low enough to cover my boy-cut swim shorts. The airy sleeves are a bit long, but nothing intrusive. It tapers at the waist a bit allowing for that “girlish figure” rather than be boxy. The size chart worked! The stitching is tight and secure throughout. With a cute pair of shorts and tank top, this pull-on covering could even make a casual outfit. But for me, I’ll just continue to enjoy this accessory when heading to the beach or pool. This swimsuit coverup might just be my new poolside favorite. The first thing that caught my eye was the color—it’s a beautiful, rich orange that really stands out in the best way. It has that sunny, tropical vibe that just feels perfect for the beach or lounging by the pool. The quality also surprised me in a good way. It feels well made and lightweight, but not flimsy. For reference, I’m 5’7” and about 125 lbs, and I ordered a medium, which fit just how I like it—slightly loose. Personally, I think coverups should have a little extra room because trying to wrestle one over a wet swimsuit can turn into an unexpected upper-body workout. This one slips on easily, which I greatly appreciate. If I had even an ounce of swimsuit confidence, I’d include a photo… but let’s just say the world is not ready for that level of bravery. 😄 You’ll just have to trust me that it looks great. It’s a very pretty cover up. I like the style and the fit. I go a large because when I get a bathing suit cover up I’m not looking for it to be fitted. This is long it goes beyond my but about half way down my thighs which I like. The arms fit loose but aren’t too long. I am typically a medium in shirts and size 8 in jeans for reference so if your looking for more flowy I’d recommend a large. The only flaw I have is that the material is interesting. I don’t want to call it cheap but, more delicate. I could see this getting hooked easily and then creating a hole that can’t be fixed. I would put it in a mesh bag when you wash it to avoid rips. Overall though I like it and it’s definitely going to do its purpose and I will be comfortable wearing it. Read more
