Love my new bag! I have used it as a tennis bag and computer bag since I got it. Arrived 2 days early, I am getting ready to order one for my daughter in AZ, and one for my niece in CA. I got yellow, and love the color, but will choose other colors as gifts. I heard they have a smaller, pleated bag, and when that comes out, I'll get one of those. Purchased this as a holiday gift for my mom. Pleasantly surprised at the size. Sturdy & eye catching on the outside. Roomy with lots of pocket space. I know she will definitely get compliments on it. The only constructive criticism I have is the some of the finishing work inside, if you have an eye for the minor details. Also, the zipper is too long, with a tail hanging off one side. The media could not be loaded. I was SO excited for this bag, but sadly it doesn't deliver. The high price point doesn't help. At the time I ordered, it was listed for $89.99. It's since been reduced to $49.99. Even at the lowered price point, I'd expect a lot more. The bag is large and the design photographs beautifully. However, up-close the materials and stitching are lacking, some of the details appear stuck on/glued on instead of woven in, and at least in one spot it's already peeling off before I used it even once. In the product description, it looks more structured and boxy when expanded, with the width shown measuring at 4 inches. When I hold the sides apart, the width measures at 3 inches, not 4. However, the way it's sawn gives it an even more narrow bottom, like a regular canvas tote. Items get lodged into the narrow bottom rather than the bag expanding into a flat bottom when filled up. To the touch, it's more nylon-y than soft. I was really surprised by the lining - it's crunchy and loud. Almost like it's lined with newspaper. See the video and decide for yourself.
