Its a large tote bag, so I wouldn't walk around with it as an everyday purse, but like I mentioned for a short trip or when out on a day full of errands/ when I'm running out the door for kids practice and I still have work to do- its perfect for throwing everything in and walking out of the door. I am pretty rough on my bags- they get tossed around, and the quality of this bag has complete held up.
