I've carried Totes umbrellas for more years than I can remember, so when I lost one of mine, I ordered this one. I love the design, and the fact that it's auto open and close. Also, it's nice and compact, but has great coverage. Another reason I stick with Totes is their fantastic warranty. Whenever one of my Totes developed a defect, I would send it back with my $5, and they would send me a new one. However, recently, they changed their policy to make it easier on us by just asking for a tag that comes inside the umbrella, plus a cutting from it. I did that just recently, and, once again, they sent me a new umbrella. I'm a big fan of the Totes Auto Open and Close. The up/down button is so helpful when going down into subway stations or getting in and out of cars. This size is great for sharing with two people but not so large that you can't fit it into a tote bag or larger purse. It also comes with a cover that has a caribiner attached to it which makes it easy to hook onto a back pack or on the outside of a bag. Read more
Love the design of the Totes umbrella; have used them for years. However, the handle is rubberized and I have one like it that now is sticky/tacky to hold. Wish they had put a hard plastic handle on it. Otherwise, very happy. Read more
This is my fourth Totes Titan. I love them all. This umbrella is the perfect size to really cover you, but doesn't hog the whole sidewalk. It is strong, and beautiful, and will last a long time. (Just don't lose it.) As for this particular style, the color is a beautiful apple green with a raspberry trim. I think it's my favorite one. I can't wait till it rains. Read more

Afer only a year an a half it stopped opening, when it finally did open it no long retracts when the button is pushed. Going to reach out to Totes for a replacement and see how they honor their LIFETIME warranty on their products. Read more
Only used the umbrella 3 times. It broke the first time there was hard wind.. Winds were about 20 to 30mph. Do not waste your money on this umbrella. Wind picked up and bent the arms. Umbrella now does not close or open properly.. I will be sending it back for warranty repair/replacement. Shipping will be around $7 + $5 warranty fee.. Read more
