Do not buy - Arrived 2 months late and didn’t work
Just don’t do it. The lamp doesn’t work - it won’t turn on - which is kind of the most important part of a lamp. Having followed the troubleshooting on the site and still no luck, I reached out to support but they were unwilling to help because I was out of the return window. This is a rather fascinating and hypocritical response, given that shipping/delivery itself was 2 months late. Alas, they can be late, but we, the customer, cannot. So if you want to wait 2 months for a non-working lamp - you’re in luck! Otherwise, pass on this one. Read more
