I mean it's a great product, for my height at 5'2" 145lb the Medium is really perfect in every way. Nice substantial terrycloth and not too heavy. But what I don't like that Amazon shipped this in a transparent plastic bag and they left it outside on my front steps in the rain. It's a snow white bathrobe made of towel material. When I received the robe I was very impressed of the quality it fit me perfectly I am 200 lb 5'10 and I got the shorter version which goes just a little above my knees and that's exactly what I wanted for after showers. The sleeves are long and go down to the middle of my hands which is perfect and that's a hard length for me to find because I am a tall woman. I think the quality is very good. But the only thing that I would have liked in this piece is a softer terry cloth, it is not a Downy soft but it still works very well if you are seeking a terry cloth towel for use after showers. I always wanted a terry cloth robe for when I get out of the shower, but I hesitated buying one because most seemed too thin and not very absorbant. This robe hit the bullseye - soft, thick, snuggly, and absorbant! It washes up beautifully and is even softer after it's washed. I'm 5' 135 lbs and I bought a M. This is a fairly thin and lightweight bath robe, and it isn't the softest fabric, even after washing. I am keeping it because: 1) I am 5"2" so difficult to find a robe that doesn't hang down to the floor. This comes to my knees right now but I wouldn't mind another 3 or 4 inches. 2) I live in the south so I don't need a heavyweight robe to keep warm and this won't take forever to dry. 3) I only wear after my shower for 5 minutes before getting dress so even if it isn't all soft and fluffy, it serves the purpose. 4) Lastly, I didn't want to pay $90 for a bath robe.
