This bathrobe works just as I intended it to... to help with drying off after showering. I've recently had a double lung transplant and don't have enough energy to stand and towel dry, so I go from the shower directly into the big warm bathrobe and sit down to catch my breath. It's super absorbent and the fit is great. I haven't washed it yet but it appears to be very well made and of good quality material. I am 170 pound, 5'6" tall and ordered an XL size. I’m overall satisfied with this robe, as it is soft, warm, absorbent, and about the longest I was able to find anywhere. However the hanging loop just broke after 4 months. It didn’t separate at the stitching, but just disintegrated right in the middle of the loop. Read more

I wanted to love this robe, but the fit just wasn't working. First the positive- I loved the weight of the robe (not too heavy, not too light), the color (blue), and the price. But the fit was terrible! I got the XXL for a chubby, 5'4" woman. The length was perfect, but the robe SWALLOWED me on top and barely went around my ample bottom! The belt loops were down at my hips, and the pockets were so low that my hands didn't even reach them! Alas, it was returned and the search for the perfect robe continues! Read more
