Sound quality is some of the best I've had in earbuds, let alone rest-in-ear buds. The fit is certainly a bit on the large size, but I don't mind as I have bigger ears. I used these for music, movies, and gaming; and they excelled on all fronts. However, after 2 months the right bud stopped working suddenly and without incident. It still connects with BT fine and the touch controls work, so it is seemingly just the speaker that has gone bad. Would love to give these 5 stars for how great they sound and work otherwise, but they need to last longer than a couple of months. ----- TOZO support contacted, replacement on its way in less than a day! Mama always said, less is more. She probably owned these ear buds. I rarely write reviews for products but I would be remiss to not offer a few remarks about my new TOZO Tonal Fits. First, if you are like me and cursed with unnaturally small ear canals or lobe geometry that simply won't hold an ear bud in to save your life, this is your buy. I've been looking for a "step-up" ear bud for the past seven years to replace my original 1st generation Apple Air Pods which always sat happily in my ear with little fuss. After sampling several disastrous noise-canceling competitor products which are almost entirely of the "in the canal" variety, I finally just took a crap shoot on the most affordable of the bunch on a coworker's recommendation and ended up with these. All I can say these check ALL the boxes for me. They're lightweight, comfortable, they let me move my head more than five degrees without falling out. I can smile, laugh, crunch potato chips, and take a walk afterwards without fidgeting with these or getting down on all fours trying to fish a lost ear bud that tumbled out and rolled under the sofa during a conference call at work. Best of all, the audio quality is very solid. I definitely recommend downloading the TOZO app, which is also very well engineered. It gives you very fine EQ control over the sound and lets you customize the touch actions of the ear buds. Like the Apple pods, these activate when you remove them from the case and put them in your ear. They also have location tracking (optionally enabled from the app) in the unfortunate event they are misplaced or lost. The digital battery readout on the case is very nice and takes the guess work out as to how close you are to needing a charge up (no more ghetto green/orange LEDs). My only mini-gripe is the noise cancelling is kind of a side car feature with these buds since they do not seal to your ear canal (which is what I was trying to avoid anyway), but for buds that rest in the ear, they do a half-decent job and drop a fair bit of ambient background noise. My chief complaint is that the plastic material used for the casing, while durable enough, looks and feels a bit cheap. It does not inspire the quality that these buds actually possess. A harder glossier shell would have been a better choice similar to those used by competing products rather than this dull flat finish which you expect to find on a child's sippy cup. In electronics, you intuitively expect the more something costs, the better the product. In this product space, you're paying for branding not quality. On quality, the TOZO buds deliver without breaking the bank or leaving your wallet on fire. Best of all, they deliver on sound - in your ears where they stay without falling out. The good: These earbuds sound great! I’m especially impressed by the bass! I’ve tried a few other earbuds that claim to produce good bass, but they sound weak and tinny compared to these. The touch controls are simple and easy to remember. The case charges pretty fast. These fit very well in my ear, are very comfortable, and stay in place. The bad: After about a year, the left earbud started to occasionally not connect to Bluetooth or in the charger and also it does not hold a charge nearly as long as the other. It’s very easy to accidentally touch the control area when adjusting the position in your ear. I’m on the fence as far as if I would buy these again when the left earbud fails. Read more

I’m an avid user of earbuds because I enjoy audiobooks and a variety of music from metal to rap and everything between. I am on the phone a lot and take part in many conference calls and video conferences. While doing all these things I need to hear my family’s texts and the various alarms I set to remind me of my daily meetings and appointments. When I drive home from work I take calls or listen to music and when I’m finally relaxing in the evening I like to watch movies on my phone. Literally every part of my day requires me to have good earbuds which sound great when I need good quality and long battery life as well as a good connection for my phone calls and my colleagues need to clearly hear me on conference calls. I can’t be troubled with low batteries or poor bluetooth. Having said all that, Tozo has been the one brand that I can consistently rely on to get me through my long days. The Tozo T21 check all of my boxes. So far I haven’t had low battery alerts although I typically wear earbuds for 10-11 hours per day. Everyone says that my phone calls are clear whether I’m driving with the windows down or sitting in my office. The mics do an excellent job of picking up my voice but not every sound around me. I really enjoy the Tozo app for adjusting the EQ for my specific needs as my music choices require a variety of different sound profiles. I say this in every review and will continue as long as it remains honest, Tozo is consistently the best quality at an excellent price. You can spend 5x more money and get a product that isn’t on the same level as Tozo. If you’ve never tried their products, stop reading reviews and looking for the best value, you’re already there. I am VERY happy with these earbuds. I go through earbuds quickly, losing either the case, an earbud, or both. I have a couple of go-to brands and this brand is great. The sound quality is very good and clear, the battery life is fantastic, and I'm told the microphone is clear and good quality. I leave these on and walk around the house and into the yare without my phone, and don't drop connection until I am very far away, so the range is fantastic. I like the battery display, that alone is worth the upgrade. The controls are like my last Tozo earbuds, easy to learn and to use. Read more
