I ordered these because I learned that you can have a "carry on" and a "personal item" for free when you fly. These bags are the exact maximum size that a personal item can be so they are perfect for maximizing what you can carry for free on a flight! I pressed three bags in total. I didn't check the bags before my trip and one of the bags had a hole along the seam that was about 4 inches. It ended up causing some greif for me because I needed that extra space and ended up having to leave some things behind on my trip at the last minute. That being said, if I had checked before hand I could have had it replaced. When I got back and contacted the seller they were very caring and helpful, even when I was being a grumpy jerk. They said that their bottom line is making sure every customer is happy and satisfied. They ended up sending me two bags to replace the one that was ripped and they were very kind and caring. The bags I got are very durable and a great size especially considering the price point. On top of everything they fold up to a very small storage size when not in use. I attached a snip from one of the pictures in the description of this product showing details that are different in the actual product. I think they used pictures of a competing product they copied, not of their own. This snip shows an attachment point for a shoulder strap. I didn't want the similar product including a shoulder strap, but I did want the attachment point. This product does not have that, even though two of the pictures they gave show it. More importantly, for most people, the width (the dimension shown in this snip) is 2/3 inch less in this product (compared to the specs listed here and compared to the product whose photos I think they used) and the stitching is enough worse that the poor stitching shows through to the finished side when packed as full as this snip shows. Last year, I bought two bags from a different listing with identical text and graphics on the zip pocket and identical specs. So I thought this bag was the same product (the other is no longer sold). This one is an inferior copy but using the pictures and specs of what they tried to copy. Very good price for four bags, but not really a bargain, since you don't get what was advertised. Read more
