The letter is a sticker that started to peel away after 1 use of the box. Also the dividers are pretty flimsy and won't actually keep your stuff separated during transit. This was really disappointing because I like to take a few different necklaces with me for travel and hate when they get tangled up. This would not prevent that from happening. Overall it's not terrible and the necklace stayed attached to the little clip at the very least. The rings stayed in place. So it's a cute little box that may be useful if you don't plan to use frequently and it's okay if your stuff gets a little mixed up during travel. Otherwise it could be nice for just sitting out on a desk and keeping a few things in it. The zipper work fine which is good because sometimes zippers get stuck. It's the perfect size for a few little things but if you like chunky dangly earrings or large hoops they wouldn't fit well in this. Read more
