I didn’t know that the mirror would only charge with the usbc cable provided. The seller reached out to me and was very patience in helping me with the situation. I bought it originally in July and I was sent one that basically doesn’t work. I asked for a replacement in August, and I was sent a replacement very fast. However, it has only been three months and the mirror would not charge at all. The lights would not come up which defeats the whole purpose of this mirror. Read more
