I bought 3 of these for the family for a very long plane trip to and from New Zealand. I was surprised that they were NOT hot. They were very comfortable and easy to use, and well made. Sometimes I turned it around placing the thicker part in the front. They velcro closed and that holds very well. The pillow comes with earplugs, a comfortable sleep mask that has an area for the nose, and a travel bag. These are supportive, not too soft or too hard, and made it possible for us to arrive at our destination without a sore neck. The cover is removable for laundering. Definitely recommend! Read more

Travel pillow is great with wonderful support! Pillow is a bit chunky and wide, height from neck to ear. I found it to be very comfortable and supportive during air travel my only complaint i could not wear my headphones while wearing, due to the height. In which case earbuds would work great. Otherwise, quality product with carry bag that you can attach to backpack or carryon. Added feature comes with eye mask and ear plugs which both i used and liked. I loved the look and the comfort. However I never got to use it on my airplane ride. it must of fallen off while walking in the airport. I would love to get another one however can't afford at this time. Hopefully ๐ค they will redesign product to add a snap attachment feature.
