This bag is good quality and I love it for a long day out for sports, recreation, etc. It would be a good carry-on bag as well. It does not look like a large purse, so if you are getting it for that reason, I would look for another product (I was hoping it could be used as a purse). The material is shiny like a wipeable duffel bag. It does hold a 30 oz Stanley type cup in the front pockets, if that’s a feature you are looking for. It is amazing for me (a college kid with no car who lives off campus). It held a lot of stuff (computer, tablet, 75 oz water bottle, notebooks, etc) without looking bulky. It also has many compartments to put hygiene products, pencils, notepads, etc.. so you can stay organized. It is also resistant to rain which keeps your books and laptop safe. The purse is also beneficial when running just to the grocery store. The ONLY downside is that the starting from the middle of the spring semester (about 7 months of having it) it started to rip and by the end of the year it was completely torn on the inside (the outside didn't tear at all).
