Why did you pick this product vs others?: The price was really good and it was the perfect size for our airline. Rollability: Perfectly smooth rolling in any direction tilted or not. Travelability: Fit perfectly in overhead bins, nobody questioned its size as a carry-on with our airline. Scratch resistance: I feel like the gray color helps hide any scratches. We used it for 2 flights and I don't see any damage at all. We checked a bag but found we could put so much in these we didn't need to. Expansion capability: This doesn't really have any expanding because it's designed to be the exact size. Zipper quality: Zipper seems smooth, We didn't do any stuffing the case where there was strain on it but it didn't have any issues. It felt really good quality all around. Color: Gray was nice though I kinda wished we got 2 different colors so we could tell them apart after security. I marked one on the handle with a dot of paint so it was clear. Read more

Lasted a 10 day trip to Japan and a Caribbean cruise! I was nervous buying a suitcase online with so many brands having mixed reviews but it’s survived two trips so far. No busted wheels, no visible scratches. Fit perfectly in the car and on the plane. Wheels roll well, zipper zips, handle doesn’t stick. Looks great too. I got the blue color. I bought this a while back but have only used it for 4 flights at the time of this review. So far, it seems to be holding together just fine, though it is definitely not as sturdy as it looks like it should be. The wheels roll smoothly and it fits enough stuff for a week long trip to someplace warm. I haven't had to use it for cold weather items, so cannot say how much of that will fit. Looks like the photos, if a touch lighter in color. Will update if it doesn't survive the next few flights. But overall, it is a simple, standard carry-on. Does what it is meant to. Read more

This is a true definition of bang for your buck. Only draw back it’s not hard cover. But its sturdy. I bought this for my Japan trip as a check in. It worked great. Fit in most lockers. No issues with rolling it around. Everything was protected, make up didn’t break. Worth every penny. Read more

Easy to maneuver in city streets and has held up pretty well over a year. Very easy to store in any overhead bin & fits majority of airline size restrictions. Simple look & does the job. If you pack smart it can fit a lot. Held up after a trip across Europe & the cobblestone streets. Most recently held up after getting checked at the airport gate and dragged through downtown Seattle. Has gone on a few road trips in between. Got a dent but she's still going strong. Was also easy to find in the luggage carousel as it doesn't look much like other bags. Does get scratched but not an issue for me. The wheels also can take a beating. Only con is the handle is a bit flimsy if you have it pulled all the way up and try to drag it like that. So far so good. Bought two for a trip with spouse flying Delta and dimensions had to be 22 inches INCLUDING wheels and handles. Most carry ons advertised are actually 22 inches NOT including wheels and handles. I will not worry about the airline trying to get me to check my bag and potentially charge me an extra bag fee. Wheels spin well and handles extended are a bit flimsy but we will see how it holds up for the trip. At the price point it is a great value if the bags hold up. Zippers work fine and there is an extra inner zippered liner which is unusual and cool for perhaps separating shoes from clothes. Also has an unusual small inner zippered pocket.
