Traxxas customer service sucks
Giving it a 3 not because of the truck but the service.. Traxxas doesn't mention anything about needing a signature for delivery.. buying from Amazon I assume it would just be delivered.. when I missed it twice and I called Traxxas the customer service sucked. They would release the signature, they blocked all the options on UPS, I couldn't even pay extra to get held at a store. The only person that helped me was the UPS dispatcher. Shout out to her! I get that it's a high dollar value item. But if I'm taking responsibility of it. Let me have my item left on the front porch for me. Read more
