The mat is nice and thick. Provides great sound dampening and stops our very robust treadmill from sliding around. Even after laying it out for a few days, I couldn’t get it to lay completely flat. Time will tell for how well it holds up, but for our purposes, I think it will be just fine. And at a quarter of the cost of the in store mats, I couldn’t be happier. Read more

My treadmill is 180 lbs. I got the thicker mat at 0.24"TH and would definitely recommend this thickness. There is about 3-4" extra around my treadmill and I feel it is reducing the noise level even though it is on carpet. Read more
