The mat is fine. I bought it to put under a peloton tread plus and it fit… but I ended up taking it out and just using it as a workout mat because every time I used the incline on the tread the mat would bunch up a little. Read more

If you have a couple strong people who can lift your treadmill while you adjust and position the mat, you’ll be all set. I was dealing with a knocking sound from my treadmill before I bought this mat. At my last house, the treadmill sat on concrete floors. In my new house, it was in the garage — still on concrete — and the knocking continued. Everything I Googled (and even ChatGPT) told me I needed to go through a bunch of troubleshooting steps that I honestly didn’t feel comfortable doing. I originally bought this mat just to protect the flooring inside my new house. I did not expect it to solve the knocking issue too — but it completely did. Two problems solved with one purchase. Totally worth it! If the mat looks a little crinkled when you first lay it out, don’t stress. Once the treadmill is on top, it covers about 90% of it anyway.
