Handle studs
Pans look good. When putting the handles on the frying pans the second to last stud came off with very little pressure. The first 4 were fine. Update Pans were replaced and the second set is just fine. Now to cook with them. Read more

Solid tri-ply pans with great heat control and value
I’ve been using this EWFEN tri-ply stainless steel pan set for a few weeks now, and I’m impressed with the overall quality for the price. The 8”, 10”, and 12” sizes cover pretty much everything I cook day to day, and the included lid fits well and seals nicely. Heat distribution is excellent. The pans heat up quickly and evenly, with no noticeable hot spots, which makes a big difference when searing meats or cooking eggs and sauces. Once preheated properly, food releases well for stainless steel, and I’ve had no issues with sticking as long as I use the right amount of oil. I also appreciate that these are PFOA and PTFE free, so there’s no nonstick coating to worry about wearing off. They feel sturdy and well-constructed, with comfortable handles that stay relatively cool on the stovetop. The fact that they’re oven safe and work on induction is a big plus. Cleanup has been easy—most food residue comes off with warm water and a sponge, and they’ve held up well in the dishwasher with no discoloration or warping so far. Overall, this is a great tri-ply stainless steel set for anyone looking to upgrade from nonstick or add reliable cookware without spending a fortune. Read more
