I first purchased Tribal’s “flatten it” pants about ten years ago. The fabric skims over my hips and leaves no noticeable tummy bulge. There is no visible panty line and the fabric is opaque. The pants are stretchy and bounce back after sitting or crossing your legs. They feel like a very luxurious pair of pants. The legs are fairly narrow and slimming. I will be able to wear these with dressy shoes or boots. The carbon color is a dark gray and will go with everything in my wardrobe. I haven’t had these long enough to comment on washability, but I plan to wash them in cold water. The pants are great value and are on a par with what I purchase from other retailers such as Chico’s.
