Great quality for the money! I bought these with me on vacation and thought they were very solid overall. Came in a nice package and seem extremely durable. The only reason I’m not leaving 5 stars is because I feel like they had a little less tension on them towards the end of the workouts and they were starting to slightly stretch. No problem though, I just readjusted my grips for more tension. I don’t know if all bands are like that because this is my first time using bands in general. Overall, they are great and you can get a pretty killer workout with them. I would definitely recommend. Read more
These are good quality and have an extra level of resistance band that my other bands didn't have. The resistance exercises have helped me a lot over few years after debilitating health issues. I enjoy the different exercises I can do and ways to use the bands. Easy to learn for any level of fitness. The heavy and extra heavy resistance is actually heavy and very heavy.
