Nobody fully prepares you for the sheer frequency of newborn poop! My little one is just two weeks old, and it feels like we're changing diapers constantly, around the clock. You see the worst cases and just want to prevent it at all costs for your own baby. I'd heard good things about Triple Paste, often recommended by pediatricians, so I decided to give it a try right from the start. I have been so impressed and relieved. This cream is thick – like, properly thick – but that's exactly what you want. It creates a really durable barrier between his delicate skin and all that moisture and irritation. Even with what feels like non-stop pooping, his skin has stayed clear. On the one occasion where I saw a tiny bit of redness starting (probably because I wasn't quick enough with a change!), applying this cleared it right up by the next diaper change. My only complaint is how hard this is to get off of my own hands after I apply it to her butt. It’s a great barrier cream. Her diaper rash has improved and there’s minimal redness now just after a few times of using it also makes the poop easy to wipe off of her butt. It’s a good deal for your money. It works well.
