If you’re looking for a fun activity to do with your kids or a fun date night idea then definitely get this ice cream mix. It comes with a pack of three strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. My kids favorite was the chocolate! It’s quick to make only takes about 30 minutes in the freezer to actually freeze. Now in reality, it does taste different than regular ice cream but still taste really good. Took a minute for the kids to get used to the texture but they liked it. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Yummy and easy to make. This is a simple way to whip up a batch of ice cream. The mixes work really well in an ice cream maker, but you could also just use a blender. Makes a great batch of soft serve or freeze longer for a harder consistency. The flavors are pretty good and satisfying. The size of the packaging is good for several batches and I appreciate that you get multiple flavors. A good value in my opinion for ice cream that can be stored in the pantry and then easily made when a craving comes up. Read more

This ice cream mix made excellent ice cream and I was able to use it in my slushie machine. The instructions were simple to follow and the end result was a delicious creamy texture. My grandkids loved it. Read more
Pretty good, but I feel like my ice cream machine takes forever to make this into ice cream. Or at least compared to homemade. Overall, it is so delicious and does taste like going up and getting ice cream. The price alone I would say is better than buying tubs from the store plus you get the experience of making it at home with your family. The texture is creamy however it does also depend on how long you keep it in the machine for while it mixes. Read more
I’d give this ice cream mix three stars. The taste is okay—it reminds me a bit of Breyers, but the sugar content is definitely too high but oddly not sweet. It's like you had to add more in order to get the flavor therefore you have less control of the amount of sugar you want in your ice cream. At some point I started adding sugar substitutes because I noticed the sugar content was getting excruciatingly high the more of the product that I used but the flavor was still on the low end. You have to add quite a bit of other ingredients to get a richer, more robust flavor. I ended up mixing in some extra products (and a pinch of salt) just to balance it out. On the plus side, the ease of use is great—you can just mix it with milk or cream and it comes together quickly. The texture is smooth enough, and the quality feels decent, though not amazing. The size of the package is fine for medium to semi-large batches, but overall, it’s more of a quick fix than a standout product. Read more

I used this mix in my Ninja Creami and it worked really well. The flavors could definitely be a little stronger, especially the strawberry, but honestly this is still the best brand we have found so far. The texture turns out smooth and creamy every time and it is super easy to mix up which is great when I want ice cream without turning it into a whole project. If you want something simple, reliable, and tasty enough to keep everyone happy this variety pack does the job. Read more
I love ice cream, but it's not easy to find a quality ice cream without paying a lot of money at the grocery store, or crazy money at an ice cream stand. I have a compressor ice cream maker, but any type will work with these mixes-even the old hand crank type. With my ice cream maker this is as easy as making pudding: 1 1/2 cups of half and half, 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream whisked together with the powder mix for a few minutes, then pour it into the ice cream machine. About 50 minutes later my ice cream was done chilling and mixing, and had a fairly solid soft-serve texture as shown in the picture of the cone. The container and scoop photo were from the next day, and it set up very firm with minimal ice crystals which is what usually spoils home made ice cream. This is definitely better than most brands you'll find at the grocery store-many bargain brands actually pump air into the mix to make it fluff up. I'd say the flavor and texture rivals what you'd get at an ice cream shop. It is not cheaper to make than the bargain ice cream, but it is far superior quality. The mix worked perfectly for me, no failure of disappointments. Next time I'll try adding some mix ins to add some additional flavors. Read more
